As you might guess, NaNoWriMo is currently stealing what little time I usually have to update this blog. I feel like a crazy person for even doing something like this, when I just started my job and I have very little free time… But it’s so much fun, and I’m just getting closer and closer to finishing my novel, which I’ve been working on since May. My current word count is 8500, and writing is becoming harder and harder since I haven’t had any time to plan my scenes before I actually write them – I do know what the scene will be about and what the point of it is, but I like to do a very detailed planning because it keeps me from getting stuck.

Still, I am a determined writer and I will do this! The important thing to me is to finish my story, not to win NaNo – but yeah, that would be pretty nice as well. A girl can dream…
